Our sewing workshop is organized into several departments, covering every step from knit receipt to finished product shipment:
Our teams cut by hand, following the patterns provided by the standardization & grading department.
We work in groups of 3 to 5 operators; each group assembles the entire garment thanks to the versatility of the teams and a variety of assembly machines: flat-bed machines, linking machines, overlockers, and specialized equipment.
This group carries out handcrafted work: finishing, crochet, hand knitting, trimming, thread cutting, and more.
Each product undergoes quality control to ensure full compliance with the specifications.
This technique requires expert skill and extensive experience with knitwear. The crochet work involves carefully reworking the knitted stitches according to the various patterns and stitches.
As the final checkpoint before packaging, we verify the measurements and drape of the garment (on a mannequin if necessary) or accessory.
Your products are packed according to your specifications, with the desired identifications applied (specific labels, QR codes, etc). We offer standard or express shipping, or can make the products available to your own carrier.
