Design Office
& Prototypes

Development

Focused on innovation, the design office follows your projects from initial inspiration to prototype shipment, keeping pace with collections and fashion shows (Ready-to-Wear or Haute Couture) and seasonal demands (Hospitality).

To ensure responsiveness while meeting the high standards of the Luxury sector, we have brought together in a single workshop the skills and specialized tools needed for your developments.

Recherche et création maille

Knitwear Research and Creation

A team of technician-programmers is dedicated to the research and creation of collections.

The machines are used primarily and exclusively for the development of your collections, ensuring that the progress of your projects is never affected by ongoing production.

Knit Samples and Archives

We offer all types of knitting thanks to a diverse and versatile machine fleet: jersey, rib, jacquard, woven, float stitches, fully fashioned, intarsia, multi-gauge, seamless knitting, and more.

A wide selection of samples and archive models is also available to inspire and enrich your creative projects.

Sewing Workshop

The design office also houses a small tailoring workshop, staffed by around ten experienced sample makers skilled in all types of assembly and finishing: sewing machines, linking machines, overlockers, coverstitch machines, hemmers, and trimmers.

Finishing and Embellishment

Our workshop takes great care in perfecting every detail, right down to the most delicate and sophisticated finishes.

We carry out a wide range of handcrafted embellishments: trims, crochet (edgings, flowers, decorative elements), hand knitting, trimming, thread cutting, brushed wool, needle punching, felting, and more.

We can also provide special finishes such as pleating, rhinestone application (hot-fix or heat-bonded techniques), and lamination.

Finally, our facility is equipped with an industrial embroidery station for both small and large-scale designs, including all-over embroidery, openwork, quilting, lettering, and logos.
