Pattern Making
& Grading

After the initial collection stage, when the prototype has taken shape, our dedicated team fine-tunes each model. Standardization ensures the final fit adjustments are made and the product is fully production-ready. This step can also include digital pattern making of the pieces using Modaris software.

Next, grading allows the approved models to be adapted into the full range of sizes.

We have invested in several advanced technologies :

  • The Lectra System© suite for pattern making and grading
  • Digitalization via photography using N-Hega N-Shot Pro© software

The team collaborates closely with the design office throughout the process. It also supports the sewing workshop during production launch, particularly in the cutting department.
